Cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions

Plus subscriptions can be cancelled any time from Profile. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

One-time purchases

Keepsakes and packs are digital goods delivered immediately. If a purchase fails to unlock or a file won't download, email support@pawfolio.app within 7 days and we will re-deliver or refund in full. Failed payments are never charged; refunds are processed to the original payment method.
